Dr. Scott Berger is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Berger serves as the Chief Executive Officier of Pain Management Consultants, as well as its Chief Medical Officer.
Dr. Berger has been practicing anesthesiology and pain management in the South Florida area for 18 years, and is widely regarded as an expert in the area of chronic pain and reflex sympathetic dystrophy. Dr. Berger was selected as the President of the Florida Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Association in 1994.
Among Dr. Berger’s accomplishments include serving as Chairman of the Governing Board of Pinecrest Rehabilitation Hospital, Medical Director for Delray Outpatient Surgery & Laser Center, and President of the Medical Staff for Pinecrest Rehab Hospital. Dr. Berger currently provides pain management services at West Boca Medical Center, in addition to outpatient services at Pain Management Consultants. |

Dr. Peter Warheit has been practicing anesthesiology and pain medicine for over 20 years. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and has served as Chief of Anesthesia at West Boca Medical Center, in addition to being the President of their Medical Staff.
Dr. Warheit trained at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. Upon graduation he became an Instructor in Anesthesia, and later Chief of Anesthesia at The Bronx, VA, Hospital before coming to practice in South Florida in 1989.

Dr. Anthony Riso is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist also certified by the American Academy of Pain Management. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine and Jackson Memorial Medical Center Residency in Anesthesiology.
Dr. Riso has over 20 years of experience in anesthesia and has served as a Delegate to the Florida Society of Anesthesiology. Among Dr. Riso’s collection of academic achievements and honors include Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and Iron Arrow, which were the University of Miami’s highest academic honors at the time of his graduation.

Leon Abram, M.D. has been practicing exclusively spine surgery in the Boca Raton area for the past twenty years and joins the staff of PMC as the Director of Spinal Surgery. He is on staff at Boca Raton Community Hospital and North Broward Medical Center.
As a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice. Dr. Abram has pioneered several minimally invasive techniques that are routinely completed as an outpatient, thus minimizing recovery time. Lumbar Discectomy, Laminectomy, Kyphoplasty, Vertebroplasty and some spinal fusion procedures are routinely performed as outpatients. Dr. Abram also regularly performs complex reconstructive spinal procedures involving all regions of the spine, including laminectomy, anterior and posterior fusions, total disc replacement surgery, as well as scoliosis surgery.
Dr. Abram also serves as an instructor to spine surgeons around the world, teaching techniques in reconstructive and minimally invasive surgery. He lectures worldwide, and has acted as a consultant to many of the largest healthcare corporations, including Zimmer-Spine, DePuy, Medtronic, Stryker, Kyphon, Blackstone, Innovasis, Disc Motion, and Surgical Biologics. Dr. Abram is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Florida Atlantic University in the Biomedical Department as well as an expert for the Florida Board of Medicine.

Ira Feibert, Ph.D is an Associate Professor of Physical Therapy at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He has over 20 years of clinical experience in providing therapy to chronic pain patients. Dr. Feibert's resume has over 30 publications in Physical Therapy.

Beth Cutler graduated from the State University of New York College at New Paltz with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology and Barry University awarded her a Masters of Science degree in Guidance and counseling. Ms. Cutler was appointed by Governor Bush to serve as Commissioner on the Commission for Marriage and Family Support Initiatives.
Beth Cutler uses clinically evaluated techniques from the first evaluation to the termination of treatment. The evaluation includes pain inventories, questionnaires, and other assessment instruments to assist in defining and managing the patients overall treatment plan. She employs cognitive behavioral therapy, guided imagery and relaxation techniques to reduce the emotional issues associated with chronic pain syndromes.
In June 2001, Family Circle Magazine featured an article on Ms. Cutler’s practice. October 2003 and the Boca News in October 2003 wrote a feature article on anxiety reduction strategies taught at her practice. She has written and copy written a manual on anxiety reduction. She has written various articles for local publications.
Beth Cutler is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Internationally Certified Drug and Alcohol Professional, Florida Certified Addictions Professional, National Board Certified Counselor, National Board Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor, National Board Certified School Counselor, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family and County Mediator. She had been providing counseling to individuals, couples and families since 1990. Beth provides the following services to the Palm Beach County Courts: Court ordered counseling, parenting coordination, mediation, preparing parenting plans, facilitates parent education classes and pre-marital counseling and expert witness testimony.
